Ich denke es ist wichtig online zu zeigen, dass man als Influencer/ Blogger auch nicht das perfekte Leben hat und alles immer rund läuft, aber dass man trotzdem ein wunderschönes Leben führen kann. Yoga und speziell Meditation hat für mich etwas mit nachspüren zu tun wie es mir im Innern geht. Abraham Hicks bezeichnet das in den Büchern immer als „Inner Guidance System“, sprich wenn es mir gut geht bin ich auf dem richtigen Weg und wenn es mir schlecht geht muss ich gewisse Dinge ändern damit es mir wieder besser geht und ich somit wieder auf den richtigen Weg finde.
