When most people think of yoga they mean yoga poses but yoga is actually much more than that. In fact, did you know that the actual yoga poses are only one of the eight limbs of yoga? One of the 8 limbs of yoga is meditation. I actually even started meditating way before I got really serious about the postures. That was back in 2013, which is almost 10 years now. And I honestly have so many tremendously benefits coming from that practice alone. Some of my surroundings might even argue that I have turned into a whole other person.
