Wholesome Breakfast: Homemade Granola (v+gf)
This is not the kind of content I would usually share. But this was highly requested, so here you go... Maybe with everything going on in the world and the corona virus this is a great time to start a new hobby from home, like cooking and baking. I definitely will use this time to cook more and share more recipes on here. I’ve always loved cooking I just didn’t really have the time to write down all of my recipes lately.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups oats
1 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp coconut syrup
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup cashew seeds
1 tbsp @tropeaka vanilla protein
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup water
METHOD:
Stir the mixture up. you might need to add some more water so that tiny clumps start to form. place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Always check up on it during those 10 mins because you don’t want it turn burn, you just want to get this crispy and crunchy texture. Enjoy with oat milk, acai bowls, as a snack and much more…
