Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe
My go-to green smoothie recipe 👇🏻 below. It’s vegan and super filling. You’ll get lot of greens and fibre into your system. I have this smoothie a lot for breakfast these days and it makes me feel so good! Don’t be irritated by the green color though. It tastes very tropical and sweet actually.
GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
•fill up 3/4 of your smoothie jar
with water and put it the blender
•a handful of mango🥭
•a handful of pineapple 🍍
•half a hass avocado 🥑
•a handful of kale
•a handful of lettuce 🥬
•1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
•1/2 tsp Hawaiian 🌺 spirulina powder
•lots of cinnamon
-> blend well & enjoy 🤍.
Just like all of my recipes, this smoothie is completely banana-free as bananas make me constipated and bloated and I also just don’t like the taste of them. But if you’re into banana you can totally put some in as well when you make this recipe.
If you want some extra froth you can add frozen fruit and avocados instead of fresh produce. I just happened to have some very fresh produce from the farmers market that day.
