The Great Conjunction
We are stepping into a powerful cosmic portal with the Winter Solstice AND Great Conjunction this upcoming Monday, 12/21 which is referred to as a period of opening and release. In essence, what is actually taking place is that Jupiter & Saturn will be coming together in the sky in a “great conjunction,” getting closer to each other than they have been in 800 years — literally within touching distance! They will form one big star in the sky & it will be visible to the naked eye just after sunset.
The conjunction itself is taking place in Aquarius, which according to my personal birth chart is in my sun (zodiac sign), Mercury and Saturn. The sign of Aquarius usually depicts innovation, humanitarianism, independence, forward thinking, weird & out there stuff, the Internet, friendship, massive forward change, and doing things differently. It’s energy is very yin (feminine at its essence). Saturn is the planet of wisdom, structure and karma, while Jupiter is the planet of luck, fortune, optimism, positivity and truth.
Back in ancient times when this celestial event occurred and Jupiter went conjunct Saturn was referred to Bethlehem’s star, which was the “star” that lead the Three Wise Men to baby Jesus. There’s various interpretations on why we have the same star constellation now. I personally believe that it’ll bring along a lot of POSITIVE CHANGE!
We are being called to wake UP on deeper levels. Things are shifting on the planet. Old things are ending so that what is meant for us can flow into our lives.
Are you as excited as I am for the great conjunction? I literally get tears in my eyes thinking and speaking about it. I guess it must be big. According to my personal interpretation, I think this means that we will most likely end this year on positive note. Obviously there will still be some negativity swirling around but you can choose what energy you will subscribe to. You can choose whether you want to focus on the positive or the negative. But with this celestial event be sure that when focusing on the positive, your positivity will be multiplied and manifest immediately. And remember that just like any other matter, positivity is contagious. And if you want to help birth this “new earth” and thus help shift the entire earth into a more positive way of being and living, then start by being more positive yourself. I’ll promise you if you change the way you see things, the things around you begin to change, you’ll start seeing more and more positive things, you’ll start attracting more positive people into your reality, you’ll start being more abundant and in alignment. So if you don’t fully believe in this new age woowoo yet, I get it, I’ve been there too in the past. But if you just start by shifting your focus, it’s not gonna hurt right?
